💥 THE MOBILITY SERIES – THE SPINE EDITION 💥 • 🙌 The Mobility Series is back, and we are super excited to help you! Whether that is for specific exercise or sport purposes, or for daily life activities, then come and join us to learn more! • 🤓 Each workshop will address a different body area, including theory and practical elements, involving: ✔️ A breakdown of the anatomy involved – joints and muscles. ✔️ The expected movement and mechanics of the body area. ✔️ And exercises and drills to help increase mobility. • ❓Do you need to improve your spinal mobility? Do you have neck, upper-, mid- and/or lower back pain? Are you sat down or stood up for long periods of the day?
