Service Description

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we moved our services online to continue supporting you. Online, we can offer you: injury assessment and advice, self-treatment and exercise help. Returning clients - please only select this option if you have used our virtual services previously. The phone or video consultation will be approximately 30 minutes. Link will be provided after booking. £35

Cancellation / Reschedulinng Policy

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment wherever possible. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend your appointment without reason, the full session fees will be charged.
