Owner and Lead Sports Therapist
I have always been a keen sports woman and played football from a young age. I was unfortunate to suffer with various injuries which I believe is what started my fascination with the human body.
I studied Sports Therapy at the University of Bedfordshire and graduated in 2016 with a First Class Honours Degree. Whilst at University, I gained my Level 3 Personal Training Certificate. I have continued my studies by completing further CPD courses in the following; Kinesiology Taping, Medical Acupuncture and Myofascial Cupping Therapy.
I am a passionate, hands on Therapist that lives and breathes health and fitness. I am always striving to learn and know more, and finding ways to help you Feel Better, Move Better and Be Better!

Sports Therapist
Growing up I was a very injury prone child (sorry Mum and Dad) which resulted in many injuries through no fault of my own. After many years of attending my own physiotherapy appointments, I wanted to make a difference to others in the same position as myself.
Whilst studying Sports Therapy at the University of Northampton I completed my placement with MK Dons Girls Academy and enjoyed it so much I never left. This has sparked my interest in rehabilitation and helping people return to sport and their day-to-day activities.
I look forward to seeing you in the clinic and helping you Feel Better, Move Better and Be Better.

BASRaT
Sports Therapist
I have always been an active person and involved in sport, which naturally led to an interest in how the body moves and recovers. Over time, this developed into a real passion for helping others overcome injuries and feel more confident in their bodies.
I am a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation graduate from the University of Bedfordshire, and I enjoy working closely with people to help them move better and recover effectively. I take a friendly, supportive approach, with a strong emphasis on listening and understanding each client as an individual.
My aim is to create a relaxed and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and fully involved in your treatment and recovery.
My goal is simple—to help you feel better, move better, and get back to doing what you enjoy
