🏃‍♀️ Yesterday saw us run our last (for now 😉) mobility workshop at @thefitcollective1 of this current series.

🤓 Over the last 5 months, we have addressed a different body area each session, including:

✔️ The Shoulders

✔️ The Elbow, Wrist & Hand

✔️ The Spine

✔️ The Hips

✔️ The Knee, Ankle & Foot

🎯 Our aim for The Mobility Series was to educate and motivate as well as develop people's confidence and independence to use these skills in the future.

💪 We know that increased mobility has been shown to advance overall exercise or sport performance, as well as improve daily posture and movement patterns. And we now know that mobility and recovery shouldn't be complicated, but just simply prioritised.

🙏 Thank you to all that came over the last 5 months. We hope you learnt something valuable and can put this into practice when necessary for you.
